• How does a discovery call work?

  In this 20-minute call, we will see if we are a good match to work together. I will introduce myself, talk about your goals, identify the challenges you are facing, explain how I work, set clear goals, and answer your questions before we schedule our first session!

• What can I expect in a life coaching session?
  You are in control! At the beginning of our session, we will create a coaching agreement and concentrate on what you want during our 60-minute session. It's a helpful and team-oriented space where we will collaborate to define objectives, address obstacles, and create plans for progress and achievement! By setting goals, investigating, planning actions, staying accountable, and reflecting, we can together shape the future you aspire to achieve!

• When will I see results? In the practice of life coaching, the timeframe for observing outcomes may vary depending on factors such as your level of commitment, consistency, goal clarity, readiness for change, the complexity of challenges, and personal growth. While certain individuals may experience positive changes early in the coaching process, others might require additional time to witness significant transformations.

• How does a tarot session work?

  During our session, we will explore your goals for the reading and any particular questions or topics you wish to address. By harnessing the insights of my tarot deck, I will interpret the cards and delve into the advice they provide. Tarot readings serve as insightful sources, offering nuggets of wisdom, kernels of truth, and fresh perspectives on your current life circumstances. I like to think of tarot cards as little fortune cookies, offering insight paired with reflection and application!

• How does a birth chart reading work? I begin by gathering essential details like your birth time, date, and place to create a unique birth chart that maps out the position of the planets at the time of your birth. Drawing on my extensive 18 years of experience in astrology, I analyze this personalized chart to uncover insights into your characteristics, talents, areas for growth, and opportunities for prosperity.

• Are you certified?
  Yes! I am delighted to share that I have successfully obtained my certification as an ICF Certified Life Coach following the completion of a 6-month program with Lumia. During the duration of the course, I diligently accumulated the necessary coaching hours, fulfilled monthly tasks on our online platforms, and participated in weekly classes where I received valuable feedback from a diverse group of respected coaches and peers.
